Shalimar Brass Wall Light | Pleated Tall Empire Shade

A tiered brass wall light with the glamour of a 1930s picture palace.

Inspired by the golden age of cinema and the grand picture houses built for it, the Shalimar steps out from a square brass wall plate in tiers, like the facade of an art deco theatre, and is crowned with a tall pleated linen empire shade. Lit, it casts a soft, flattering glow through the pleats that catches the brass beneath. It is the kind of light that belongs beside a dressing table mirror, along a hallway hung with pictures, or either side of a bed dressed like a hotel suite: a small fitting with a real sense of occasion. Designed to be wired in by a qualified electrician.
