Hanging a mirror can be a daunting task but an easy accomplishment with the right tools and time. Firstly, examine the fixtures on the back of your mirror to decide what hooks/screws are best. If you want your mirror close or flush to the wall you want flat screws with a wide lip to keep hooks securely in place. Secondly, compare the weight of the mirror to the wall and ensure you have joists that will be able to hold it in the correct position, and make sure that you have the correct rawlplug and screw combination for the material of wall you have. Lastly, measure and measure again to get your fixtures in the correct position and height on your wall before making any holes!

For most lightweight mirrors this is a quick and easy job and in some cases can be done with a hammer and nail, but larger mirrors are extremely heavy pieces and can cause injury if hung improperly.
