These are usually pieces that we love but have been discontinued by our maker. We usually only have one or two left and it’s no longer to keep them in our main collection. End of Line sale discounts are usually 20-30% on a perfect piece.

When a customer returns a rug and it’s been unfurled, we always offer that rug in our Outlet at a 20% discount. So that’s a new rug but at 20% less.

These are pieces that have spent time in our studio. Our studio is fairly low traffic but pieces do occasionally sustain small marks when we style them. We apply a 30% discount to these pieces which are NEARLY NEW.

These are pieces that didn’t quite meet our quality standards when they arrived into us. Sale discounts on these pieces vary according to the quality issue which we will always write into the description so please read carefully.

These are pieces that we might have designed for a particular project that didn’t go ahead eventually. These are usually brand new pieces but as they don’t fit into our permanent collection, we offer them at a significant sale discount of up to 50%.

These are pieces that may have been damaged in transit. We will get them fixed to the best of our abilities and then offer them with a discount accordingly. We will always disclose the damage involved.
