    • Product description

The Firenze TV Cabinet is a solid mango wood TV unit, W150 × H50 × D42cm, with fluted doors, a central open display section, integrated legs, rounded corners and long brass handles — exclusively designed and manufactured by Oriana B as part of the OB Design Collection Edition 03 and available for delivery from mid-September 2026.

Most TV units ask you to make a compromise between storage and aesthetics. The Firenze doesn't. The fluted doors are the detail that defines the piece — vertical grooves running the full height of each door panel, catching light and shadow in a way that flat-fronted cabinetry never does, giving the surface a textile-like depth that rewards close attention. The central open section breaks the symmetry of the two flanking doors with purpose: it creates a natural display zone — for books, a small lamp, a ceramic piece — that lifts the unit from pure storage into something more composed. The corners of the cabinet are gently rounded and flow directly into the integrated legs without a join line, so the piece reads as a single sculptural object rather than a box on feet. The long brass handles run horizontally across each door, adding a warm metallic note that sits in harmony with the dark patina of the mango wood rather than sitting apart from it.

At 150cm wide and 50cm tall, the Firenze TV Cabinet sits at the right height for a television mounted above it on the wall — low enough to keep the screen at a comfortable viewing angle, wide enough to anchor a medium to large living room wall confidently. The dark mango wood and brass handles pair naturally with warm neutrals, linen sofas, natural rugs and living rooms built around texture and material quality rather than colour. The central open section is well proportioned for a small table lamp, a stack of books, or a trailing plant — objects that give the wall beneath the television a life of its own when the screen is off. For a fully cohesive interior, pair with other pieces from the Firenze range — the fluted doors and brass hardware create a consistent design language across a room when the collection is used together. The integrated leg profile keeps the cabinet sitting lightly on the floor, which prevents a large living room wall from feeling heavy.
