Privacy Policy
Last updated: 1 October 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.orianab.com (the “Site”).
WHO WE ARE
This website is operated by KLJCR Ireland Limited, trading as Oriana B, a company registered in Ireland (company number 597337), with its registered office at Unit 95 Grange Way, Baldoyle Industrial Estate, Dublin 13, D13 W6X7. We are the data controller for the personal information described in this policy. You can contact us about anything relating to your personal information at hello@orianab.com or by post at the address above.
PERSONAL INFORMATION WE COLLECT
When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Additionally, as you browse the Site, we collect information about the individual web pages or products that you view, what websites or search terms referred you to the Site, and information about how you interact with the Site. We refer to this automatically-collected information as “Device Information”.
We collect Device Information using the following technologies:
- “Cookies” are data files that are placed on your device or computer and often include an anonymous unique identifier. For more information about cookies, and how to disable cookies, visit http://www.allaboutcookies.org.
- “Log files” track actions occurring on the Site, and collect data including your IP address, browser type, Internet service provider, referring/exit pages, and date/time stamps.
- “Web beacons”, “tags”, and “pixels” are electronic files used to record information about how you browse the Site.
Additionally when you make a purchase or attempt to make a purchase through the Site, we collect certain information from you, including your name, billing address, shipping address, payment information (including credit card numbers and/or bank account information), email address, and phone number. We refer to this information as “Order Information”.
When we talk about “Personal Information” in this Privacy Policy, we are talking both about Device Information and Order Information.
HOW DO WE USE YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION?
We use the Order Information that we collect to fulfil any orders placed through the Site. This includes processing your payment, arranging delivery and sending you invoices and order confirmations. We also use this information to:
- communicate with you about your orders and any queries you raise;
- screen our orders for potential risk or fraud; and
- send you marketing about our products and services, as described in the Marketing Communications section below.
We use the Device Information that we collect to help us screen for potential risk and fraud (in particular, your IP address), and more generally to improve and optimise our Site (for example, by generating analytics about how our customers browse and interact with the Site, and to assess the success of our marketing and advertising campaigns).
MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS
By email: We will only send you marketing emails if you have signed up to our newsletter or agreed to receive them when placing an order. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link at the bottom of every email.
By post: If you have bought from us, we may occasionally send you marketing by post, such as a catalogue, flyer or seasonal offer, to the address you gave us with your order. We do this on the basis of our legitimate interest in keeping our customers informed about products similar to those they have bought. We will only do this for up to three years after your most recent order. Unsubscribing from our emails does not automatically stop postal marketing. You can opt out of post at any time by emailing hello@orianab.com with "No post" in the subject line. Once you opt out, we will not send you further marketing by post.
Online advertising: We use your information to show you advertising we think may interest you on platforms such as Facebook and Google. The opt-out links for these are set out in the Behavioural Advertising section below.
Advertising audiences: Where you have agreed to receive marketing from us, we may share your email address and, where provided, your name and phone number with advertising partners including Google and Meta, in a secure hashed (scrambled) form. They use this to show you relevant Oriana B advertising and to help us reach people with similar interests. Your details are not used by these partners for any other purpose. You can opt out at any time by unsubscribing from our emails or by emailing hello@orianab.com, and we will remove you from these audiences.
We never sell your personal information to third parties for their own marketing.
SHARING YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION
We share your Personal Information with third parties to help us use your Personal Information, as described above. For example, we use Shopify to power our online store--you can read more about how Shopify uses your Personal Information here: https://www.shopify.com/legal/privacy. We also use Google Analytics to help us understand how our customers use the Site -- you can read more about how Google uses your Personal Information here: https://www.google.com/intl/en/policies/privacy/. You can also opt-out of Google Analytics here: https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout.
Finally, we may also share your Personal Information to comply with applicable laws and regulations, to respond to a subpoena, search warrant or other lawful request for information we receive, or to otherwise protect our rights.
BEHAVIOURAL ADVERTISING
As described above, we use your Personal Information to provide you with targeted advertisements or marketing communications we believe may be of interest to you. For more information about how targeted advertising works, you can visit the Network Advertising Initiative’s (“NAI”) educational page at http://www.networkadvertising.org/understanding-online-advertising/how-does-it-work.

LEGAL BASIS FOR PROCESSING
We process your personal information on the following legal bases:
- Contract: to process and deliver your orders and handle returns.
- Legal obligation: to keep financial and tax records as required by Irish law.

Your information may be transferred outside the European Economic Area, including to Canada and the United States, through our service providers such as Shopify and Google. Where this happens, the transfer is protected by appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses or an adequacy decision.

- ask us to delete your information, where there is no overriding reason for us to keep it;
- ask us to restrict how we use your information;

- object to direct marketing. You can object to us using your information for marketing, by email or by post, at any time. If you do, we will stop.
To exercise any of these rights, email hello@orianab.com. We will respond within one month.
If you are unhappy with how we handle your information, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Commission (www.dataprotection.ie), although we would appreciate the chance to resolve it with you first.
DATA RETENTION
We keep Order Information for six years after the end of the financial year in which the order was placed, as required for Irish tax and accounting purposes. We use your name and address for postal marketing for up to three years after your most recent order. After that, we stop using it for marketing. Newsletter subscriber details are kept until you unsubscribe. After these periods, we securely delete or anonymise your information.
