Common Questions
You will recieve a confirmation of your order via email once your order has been placed. The confirmation email will include all of the delivery information you will need. Any issues regarding confirmation of your order, please contact us as soon as possible.
Yes, please email us if any changes to the shipping address of your order needs to be changed provided it hasn't been shipped already. Unfortunately, if your order has been shipped then your shipping address cannot be changed.
Currently we do not ship internationally however if you have any special request for shipping internationally, please do not hesitate to email us and we will be happy to help.
We know how important it is to recieve your order when you expect them. So, we want to ship out items as soon as possible. Homeware and smaller items, will take around 1-3 days to arrive from date of order. For larger items such as furniture will take around 8-10 days from date of order.

We want to cater to all of our customers at Oriana B. So, please contact us if you have any specific delivery requests to arrange a day or time you would like your order to get delivered by.
Orders
Below are some of are common questions about orders
If you have recieved your order and it's faulty. Please contact us via email or even give us a call at 01 539 7861 within 5 days of reciept. Our studio can be contacted between 9:30am to 5pm Monday to Friday. Please see our Contact Page where you can use to message us directly and we will aim to reply within 48 hours.
We apologise for any mistaken deliveries and hope that it has not caused any inconvience. Please email us to let us know that you have recieved the incorrect item as soon as possible and we will rectify it immediately.

Your order may get dispatched in multiple packages due to the amount of items ordered. Items like furniture will take around 8-10 days to arrive whilst homeware will take around 1-3 days to arrive. Depending on the type of item you have ordered, it may get dispatched at different times. We will send out emails when your items have been shipped. Any other queries or questions about your order, please don't hesitate to contact us.
Shipping & Returns
Below are some common questions about shipping, returns, and exchanges
Our own packing team take a huge responsibility when packaging and shipping your items safely to you. This means that we bubble wrap large mirrors for safety, compostable potato chips for fragile items and we will send items separately if it means that they are safer in transit. All goods can be returned 30 days of purchase. The items returned in perfect condition and in original packaging will recieve a full refund. We can provide a hassle free returns option where we will organise collection and return to us for €12.50 for homewares. We accept returns at our studio in Fairview free of charge provided the item is returned in perfect condition and in original packaging within 30 days. Yes, the items that you have purchased can be exchanged instead of recieving a refund. The item you have purchased should be in perfect condition and in original packaging before exchanging the item for something else.
Yes, all goods returned within 30 days of purchase will be refunded in full provided that it is in perfect condition and in it's orignal packaging.
Unfortunately, we do not refund delivery fees after you return your items to us.

Measurements of items can be found on their product pages under the section called 'Further Information'. Any other queries or questions about measurements, feel free to contact us further and we will be happy to assist you.
We understand that it can be frustrating when certain items you are looking for are sold out. On our website, there is a option to 'Notify me when available' where you can sign up to notifications to your email or phone number when a certain item is back in stock. This can be helpful as we can contact you once the item is available again. Any other queries, please don't hesitate to email us at hello@orianab.com.
At Oriana B, we take great care to be as environmentally friendly as possible. Our range includes a selection of vintage and pre-loved pieces. We use environmentally friendly packaging materials to wrap up your orders safely whilst making our materials as sustainable as possible:
- Where possible we re-use packaging which means that often you will not receive your item in a branded Oriana B. box
- We use compostable potato chips to provide cushioning for fragile items. These can be washed down the sink or placed into your compost bin.
- We work with our suppliers to reduce packaging as much as possible without affecting the protection of items.

As many of our items is vintage and pre-loved pieces, some items may not come in other colours. We source one of a kind pieces to create a unique and eclectic environment. However, if you have any questions or queries about different colours or ranges please don't hestitate to contact us.
